The Long Island Daylily Society will be hosting the 2019
Region 4 Meeting July 19 - 20, 2019 at the Hilton Long Island/ Huntington, in
Melville, NY. It's prime daylily season,
so come and enjoy daylilies and other perennials in four fabulous tour gardens.
Your registration includes the Saturday bus tour and four
meals: Friday buffet dinner, Saturday grab and go breakfast, Saturday lunch at
Planting Fields Arboretum in Oyster Bay, NY, and Saturday evening sit down
banquet and program presented by Gil Stelter of Gryphon Gardens, Guelph,
Ontario.

An imaginative daylily garden, secluded in nature and complemented by a diverse collection of perennials, interspersed among rocks, the core of Long Island's north shore, garden art and fairy gardens.
Pat Sayers: Huntington, NY
A delightful hybridizer’s garden where you’ll get to see many of Pat’s introductions as well as numerous perennials set in artistic vignettes.
Chris Petersen: Northport, NY
A peaceful seaside garden with an eclectic mix of daylilies, shrubs, grasses, annuals, hosta and other perennials arranged in an array of settings.
Planting Fields Arboretum: Oyster Bay, NY
An amazing conservatory and arboretum that hosts the LIDS AHS Display Garden and the Saxton Seedling bed. This garden is also our lunch stop.

The daylily auction to benefit Region 4 will be held
on Friday evening. Credit cards will be accepted. Shop our Bargain Table,
Silent Auction, and Country Auction on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
Region 4 members, please consider donating
raffle items, baskets, and daylilies for the auction and/or bargain table! We
need your help to make this meeting a success!

morning, July 21st at Paul Limmer’s garden in East Northport.
